Home Sweet Home - Minneapolis. After being on the road in Wyoming and South Dakota where you can drive for miles and miles without seeing another human soul, it's always culture chock to come home to one million people plus in the Twin Cities.
Shortly after coming home we went over to the Stone Arch Bridge for a late afternoon walk along the river and take some photos.
I worked hard at remembering where it was that I stood with my film camera twenty years ago and photographed this scene on black and white film. Ah, those were the days when each picture was precious and very slowly and carefully crafted because it took so much time and money to create fine art black and white enlargements.
Now, other skills are required but much less time.
Good to be home standing on familiar ground until we take off again on the next road trip.
