"Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end."
Well, today I watched a male/female photography team take some outdoor wedding photos with the temperature at 87 degrees and that wasn't even the hottest part of the day. It reminded me of the 100 plus weddings Karl and I photographed between 1998 and 2011. I think our hottest day was about 103 degrees just across the street at the far east side of the Rose Gardens at Lake Harriet in south Minneapolis, MN.
I just had to capture this image because the bathing suit clad older lady just walked on through the whole park as though she owned the place. She didn't stop for Karl when he was taking a picture of me and she didn't slow her pace for this wedding shoot. She just kept on going on her power walk. Keep on, keeping on.
