Wildflowers ... how do I love thee?
My husband, Karl had an Art Salon For Fertile Minds gathering recently that focused on the art making process, quality, satisfaction and happiness. The question of what makes an artist happy was thrown to the group and as I walked among the wildflowers I was reminded again how that simple exercise makes me very happy.
Of course, I do wish we had taller, bigger, more colorful flowers on the path. But I'm grateful for whatever I find and whatever I can photograph.
I think it's the energy I receive from the sun, fresh air, green grass and the wildflowers themselves that, exponentially, give me incredible joy.
